Designed to improve mobility, body strength, balance, aerobic capacity, resistance training is for you. Come and join us each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Wurdie Baierr stadium from 8.30 - 9.15 am Please note that we can no longer take any new participants for these classes as they are now full. We can offer alternatives, such as Pilates, Movement, Tennis , Table tennis, one of our Walking groups
Cost is $5.00 per session. Mats and and dumbbells will be provided however we encourage all particpants to provide their own mats.
